Newbridge Park + Ride Facilities Building

The new facilities building provides a manager’s office, a staff rest room, public toilets and secure cycle parking. The reappraisal of the Employer’s sketch proposals lead to the adjustment of external ground levels and entry points to minimise the number of floor levels on the sloping site and remove the need for external ramps, plus the integration of an extended canopy to replace two free-standing bus shelters that were otherwise to be retained.
